You may think meditation is more like a lifestyle than a hobby but people start off with meditating because of stress and anxiety, if it works for them, that’s how it becomes a lifestyle. This is an excellent hobby to start especially while we’re dealing with everything going on in the world. Try meditating for 5 mins a day and work your way up to 15 mins then 30 mins. 2. Learn To Code

This is something I’m sure you’re already doing. Nothing wrong with playing video games, shit people are getting paid a lot of money to do it. It’s fun and can be a stress reliever if you don’t get frustrated losing.

4. Reading 

Yes, reading can be a hobby, especially when reading books that interest you. Start a journal, start writing a book, or finish writing that book. You can self-publish your book or put it in a digital form like an Ebook. 

7. Learn A New Language 

They’re so many apps out there that can teach you how to speak Spanish, French, Italian, etc… Babbel and Duolingo are pretty good and you still have Rosetta Stone.

8. Astronomy

Are you interested in the moon and the stars? Order yourself a telescope and any book written by Carl Sagan. Learn some techniques for looking up and reading the sky. 

9. Cooking 

All men need to know how to cook a few meals so they don’t have to spend so much money on take-out plus women like men that know how to cook.
